My Mum Will Come

"Why is it important to be just women?"
"Women do feel that their Voice is not heard in their broader Community..."

What would it take to realize full human potential? Or more broadly, to use Bill McDonough's words, "How do we love all of the children of all species for all time?" We show up with the best we can summon in ourselves and apply it to the perplexing and dire conundrums of our Day.
One epiphany I had that helped me a lot is that we have grown through a strange Age, where the law of gravity has been given precedence over levity, tending towards grave expectations.
The serendipitous arrival of hummingbird (levity embodied) in our midst breaks this spell and all manner of lyrical evidence is the upshot ('Pronoia' if you will).
I serve on the 1000 Hummingbirds Women's Council, a Native/Non-Native collaborative council for the waters of the earth. Access to clean drinking water is a human right. At its core, this work is about water sovereignty; what we define now will shape The Commons out into the 21st century
